Walker Hobson is a graduate student in the University of Washington’s School of Marine and Environmental Affairs (SMEA). His conservation work has included marine species recovery, restoration, and monitoring, with experience supporting sunflower sea star recovery and European green crab early detection and management.
His interests center on applied conservation, species recovery, and the use of science to inform effective wildlife and natural resource management.
